In addition to a Bachelor of Science Degree, Ken Hutchings, President, holds the professional degree of “Registered Employee Benefit Consultant.” Ken has been in this field since early 1970 and has witnessed a great deal of change within the industry. Kiehl Hutchings, Vice President, has a Bachelor of Science degree plus over twenty years of experience in the insurance and employee benefit field. Kiehl is also the Chairman of the Syracuse Association of Health Insurance Advisors.
Our strength is our ability to assist clients in obtaining the Benefits and Service they desire at the lowest possible net cost. Many employers do not realize that there are two major cost areas associated with Employee Benefit Plans. We have developed methodologies and strategies to “quantitatively” determine which Insurance Company or Third Party Administrator has the lowest net cost.
Our clients include municipalities, banks, manufacturing firms, service organizations, construction companies, engineering firms, investment advisors, food distribution, a college and hospital. Geographically, our concentration has been in New York State. However, we not only have the capability to place business outside New York, we have had experience developing and marketing national programs for various employee benefit sponsors in different parts of the country.
